ALL YOUR AQUATIC Design NEEDS

We find solutions. We maintain integrity. We expect excellence.

OUR WORK

Whether you are designing for a city, school, housing association, apartment, or residence, we have the expertise to design a swimming pool or spa that fits your specific needs.

our process

When it comes to designing a swimming pool no two projects are the same, so we take the time to understand what your needs are and how to see it through to completion. From the initial design phase to the final inspection, we will be with you every step of the way.

1. Preliminary Plans
Whether you have a design already in mind or you are starting from scratch; whether you have a simple pool and hot tub or an elaborate waterpark system, we start with drawing up your project, discussing the options and making sure we are all on the same page. We have an intake form we will have you fill out to guide us as we layout your project and begin the selection of equipment.
2. Permit Ready Plan Set
Once we are certain of the scope of the project, we will create a permit ready plan set. We call this our 95% plan set. This set will be shared with the owner and the other disciplines to coordinate architectural and MEP services. Once we have made those revisions, we will issue a permit ready set of plans and help you through the Health Department Submittal and Permitting Process.
3. Construction Documents
There are almost always revisions throughout the permitting process. When that is complete, we will issue a Construction Document set of plans. And you are ready to build!
4. Construction Administration
Through out the build there are always questions and clarifications requested. We are here to support you throughout this phase of the project. In many jurisdictions we are required to inspect your project and verify that it was built per plans. We work with you to get the information we need certify your build as plan compliant.
